A Cold Night!

My friend Brandt & I went out one night to a local winery which overlooks these vineyards and mountains. We set up our tripods and cameras on one of their balconies and took as many pictures as we could before our hands and feet froze off. Then we decided that whatever we got would have to be good enough. This was the best of the bunch for me. The shutter was open for 130 seconds on this exposure, giving the clouds that streaking movement look. Even though it’s so hit and miss, I still love night photography. There’s something so unique about the colours and the look of the shots.
